SIGNIFICANT OTHERS Tuesday 8 p.m. BRAV "Coupling" meets "Whose Line Is It, Anyway" in a new improv show. The sitcom setup has a cast of characters that includes four couples, all dealing with work, family and relationship issues. Each week the cast wings it with a scenario about the day-to-day struggles faced by American couples. And there are no laugh tracks (that's the point). Bravo auditioned nearly 500 improv actors and actresses to get the right mix for the unscripted show.
